I got several cute scrunchies and nice colour options. But I have to thank the customer support..Awesome work!!
Delivery of the order was received fast, but I had issue with the tags attached to every scrunchie. I thought I have to return and contacted customer support right away. While discussing the return process I suggested if only there was no tag attached to every scrunchie - I would have been happy to keep it. To my surprise they told they will discuss with their management and get back. Return pickup was so quick (same day). Later they assured once return order reaches back to warehouse, they will take off the tags and resend the order ( there was no extra charge)! I received the modified order quite fast. I was pleased to see such level of understanding and smoothness in the overall processing.The small claw clip doesn’t have strong grip but I am quite happy with my order overall. This was my first order. Recommended!!
